He was asked to read the latest entry in the notes app on his phone out loud during the Jonas Brothers appearance on Hot Ones Versus. And his honest answer shocked his siblings, Nick and Kevin. So, could another camp rock movie be in the works? The first flick starring the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovado debuted on the Disney Channel in 2008. The musical TV movie centered around Lovado’s character Mitchie Torres visiting Camp Rock, a summer camp for musically talented kids. Torres ends up inspiring Joe’s character Shane Gray, who is a troubled pop star. The success of the original film spawned a sequel, 2010’s Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, which featured the Jonas Brothers and Lovado’s return. The fandom still hasn’t died down because just this month, the Jonas Brothers had a surprise reunion with Lovado at their concert in New Jersey and sung camp rock hits like Got to Find You and Wouldn’t Change a Thing. After singing This Is Me, Joe told the screaming crowd that he and Lovado hadn’t performed the track for almost 10 years.

The DNCE frontman was asked to read his latest entry in the Notes app on his phone out loud during his appearance on “Hot Ones Versus,” and his honest answer shocked his siblings, Nick and Kevin Jonas.

“Read ‘Camp Rock 3,’” he read out loud, seemingly confirming a third movie in the franchise is in the works.

Nick put his drink down and looked up in surprise as the crew laughed.
