Tyra has that Frances Farmer look when the men in white coats came calling at her hotel and dragged her out kicking and screaming.

Jaime Lannister. After this moment, leaving Brienne, a warrior in her own right, who was begging him to stay, IN HER FUCKING DRESSING GOWN, he deserved what he got. He actually deserved a lot worse. All of that character development? WASTED.
Five from umbrella academy, him sleeping with Lila just ruined his character.Â

Rory Gilmore. She was such a cool, unique character in high school and then in college she was total self involved and spoiled.

Ross Gellar in Friends – a technicality of “we were on a break” doesn’t change the fact that he’s a double-standarded, hypocritical, insecure lil man. Rachel deserved better.
Peyton Sawyer in One Tree Hill – I loved this character so much but I’m forever going to loathe the trope of “I’m in love with a guy and I can’t process that so I’m going to hate the woman he’s with”. Her treatment of Lindsay in S5 alone made me despise her.
Lucas Scott in One Tree Hill – Istg, when I first watched this show’s trailer, I was certain that I was going to HATE Nathan. But he had an amazing arc…all within S1. Lucas, on the other hand (despite his complex storyline), never grew up when it comes to how he treats women. While I can give him the benefit of the doubt that he wears his heart on his sleeve and whatnot, it doesn’t justify that he’s failed to make women feel safe in the relationship most of the time.
Ted Mosby in HIMYM – He’s a nice guy through and through. He romanticises the idea of love while being completely okay with disrespecting the women he’s with.
George O’Malley/Izzie Stevens in Grey’s Anatomy – End of S3 and beginning of S4. Both of these characters sucked through that phase.

Wednesday w/ American Gods – wish the show could have gone further. I didn’t mind the show ending on the note it did as it *infuriated* me, and sometimes that’s just indicative of being into it. I was livid watching what was happening to Shadow.

I remember the day I watched the episode, and when she started burning King’s Landing, it felt like something died inside me. That’s what it feels like when your favorite character is destroyed.
Yes, many people say that she deserved her ending and that she became what she always was. But I will never forgive the writers for what they did to her.Â

Since Jamie Lanister has already been said, I’ll go Andy from The Office. He was always annoying but well-meaning, but they really assassinated his character in the last 2 seasons.

Recently, Alicent from HOTD. She was my favorite in S1, so what they did to her in S2 completely killed any interest I could have had in watching that hot mess.

The adaptation of Ellie in the second season of TLOU. Dumbed her down ridiculously so that every character basically openly called her an idiot, and Ellie would never beg for her life instead of trying to sacrifice herself for her friends. I was rooting for her to develop throughout the series but it just got worse!

Here’s a random one: for anyone who watched wrestling, when Stephanie McMahon was supposed to hit Triple H so their marriage would be annulled but instead turned on her family.
