To be clear, wayfarer’s legal team did not ‘ask the judge to ban Isabella’s testimony from being used by either party; they proposed that if Isabella doesn’t want to be involved in this litigation (per what she stated in her histrionic opposition doc), they were willing to forego using her testimony if Blake agreed to do the same. If not, then she has to accept and comply with the subpoena just as she did for Blake.
