Gal Gadot Blames Politics for Snow White’s Box Office Failure
Disney’s live-action remake of Snow White has gone down as one of the biggest box office bombs in the company’s history and star Gal Gadot has an opinion as to why.
In the lead-up to the release of the movie it looked as if it was going to be a dumpster fire, but Gadot believe the Israel/Gaza war played a factor. Gadot, who is Israeli, showed public support for her country while Snow White actress Rachel Zegler, backed Gaza for some reason. This further divided the prospective audience for the movie; however, it’s not as if the audience was that big to begin with. The direction of the movie, as well as unrelated comments from Rachel Zegler, already divided the audience to the point of non-existence prior to the middle eastern conflict kicking off.

That sounds like what Zegler would do
Gal Gadot did have a nice move!
So Disney must have some upcoming plans for zegler, and they sent gal a fat check to take some heat off of her, so gal has enough clout to easily recover. I mean look at her. She will dance through this with ease.
I'm sure it was more like they didn't stick with the story and big mouth Rachel Zegler.

No. Wokeness killed it. Rachael baby couldn't quit running her big fat mouth and telling anyone to the right of lenin that she hated them and that they didn't need to watch her movie – that is of course when her and the producers weren't turning it into a girl bossing piece of trash.

I was dragged to this movie by my step daughter. It did NOT flop due to politics. Rachel Zegler was the LEAST of this movie's problems, from a film perspective as her singing was actually one of the better parts of the movie. It was just an awful film on every level. The politics only stopped it from having any sort of "strong" opening.
Honestly. The movie stunk. Write a new movie instead of trying to rewrite everything. Ziegler ruined a lot of things for herself. It's a shame because she can really sing. As bad as Israel's ongoing Gaza genocide is, that's not what caused it to tank. I'm as progressive as anyone but, write a new movie and or get an actress with some common sense.
It's absolutely clear why it failed. 1) Rachel Zeigler 2) It was so WOKE that it ruined the movie!
