Emmanuel Haro Case: Investigators Share When Baby Was Likely Killed | E! News
More information is emerging in the heartbreaking case of Emanuel Harrow almost 2 weeks after the seven-month-old’s mom, Rebecca Harrow, reported him missing and just days after she and husband Jake Harrow were arrested on suspicion of murdering their son. Court documents reveal when investigators think Emanuel may have been killed. According to the document obtained by E-News, authorities believe that on or about August 5th, 2025 through and including August 14th, 2025 in the county of Riverside, state of California, the defendants did willfully and unlawfully murder Emanuel. If proved to be true, this timeline would mean Emanuel was killed as early as 9 days before Rebecca said he was kidnapped under her watch. E-News has reached out to attorneys for the Harrows for comment, but has not yet heard back. The second count listed within the document concerns the reported kidnapping with the state alleging that on August 14th, Rebecca and Jake did willfully and unlawfully report to a police officer, deputy sheriff, and member of the California Highway Patrol that a felony and misdemeanor had been committed, knowing that report to be false. But since her and Jake’s August 22nd arrest, Rebecca has maintained her claim that she was attacked in a Ukipa, California parking lot and Emanuel was kidnapped despite investigators stating there were inconsistencies in her story. In the ongoing hunt for answers over Emmanuel Haro’s disappearance, the possible date of the 7-month-old’s death has been revealed. His parents Jake and Rebecca Haro have been charged with his murder.
