Nip/Tuck’s Dylan Walsh Had a Stroke During Car Crash | E! News

Dylan Walsh on the road to recovery after suffering a stroke that led to his scary car wreck. The actor’s rep confirmed to TMZ August 28th. Dylan driving an SUV when the Niptuk star suffered a stroke which caused the crash. Multiple outlets reported White Claw hands were discovered in the vehicle by law enforcement. And Dylan admitted to police he’d had some drinks before getting behind the wheel. Dylan’s rep now telling TMZ alcohol played no role in the accident, citing Dylan’s medical emergency. E-News reached out to the actor’s rep for comment, but has not yet heard back. The actor’s rep first shared details to E! News about the wreck August 21st in the aftermath of his car tearing through two utility poles on a Rumson, New Jersey road. Quote, “Thankfully, everyone is safe and has since returned home. his SUV traveling north on August 17th when the car carrying Dylan and four passengers veered into the southbound lane with the damage utility pulls resulting in a brief power outage nearby. Dylan’s rep adding in their statement, “The family is deeply grateful for the swift response of the Rumson Police Fire Department and EMS as well as the staff at Riverview Medical Center.” Dylan also praising a nearby hotel’s employees who reportedly ran to the scene with bottles of water and comforted the frightened family, sharing a quote, “Special thank you to the management and staff of the Riverpoint Inn for their support in the immediate aftermath.
