Microsoft fires four workers for on-site protests over company’s ties to Israel, including two who took part in a sit-in this week at the office of the company’s president
I support the cause but this cant be shocking for them? They had to know that taking over the president’s office would guarantee they lose their jobs right?

Why does Israel have so much power and control?

This isn’t the first time they’ve done this, they fired the Moroccan engineer who protested the use of their AI by the IDF and they also fired an Egyptian engineer who held a vigil for Palestinians outside their HQ after that deranged StopAntisemtism account tweeted about it.
Multiple people have also resigned over concerns about their role in this genocidal military campaign. They’re perfectly happy to hire an ex-IDF snipers who proudly filmed and posted himself committing genocide though
