MrBeast starts beef with comedian Caleb Hearon over Rolling Stone list

Mr. Beast started an online beef, and it’s all because he was bitter over Rolling Stones list of the 25 most influential creators of 2025. In the famed music magazine’s ranking, YouTube’s game show God, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, came in at number seven, just below comedian and podcaster Caleb Harren, who landed at number six. Caleb’s Instagram page describes himself as a beloved gay comedian with perfect opinions and a heart of gold. many many accolades. They would go they would go, “Yeah, yeah.” Well, Mr. Beast wasn’t too happy about getting bested. And in a now deleted tweet, he wrote, “According to this list, a guy with 1 million followers is more influential than me. What did I do to piss off Rolling Stones?” That’s when Caleb clapped back with a screenshot of Mr. Beast disc posted it to his main grid along with a caption, “Thank you, Rolling Stone. It’s an honor.” This unleashed a barrage of shade from Caleb’s fans and Mr. Beast’s haters. One called the mega influencer some sort of Willy Wonka marionette being puppeted by the algorithm. YouTuber Rosanna Pansino added fuel to the fire by hinting at Mr. Beast’s legal woes. A 2024 class action lawsuit filed by contestants on Beast Games alleged chronic mistreatment. Mr. Beast’s mask slipping this much in less than a year has been fascinating to watch. Sorry, Jimmy. Caleb has something you’ll never have, a personality. Mr. Beast quickly saw he wasn’t going to win this battle. He deleted the initial dig at Caleb and fess up to it in another thread. Not going to lie, after this, I watched some of his stuff and it’s actually good. I deleted the tweet. I don’t want the smoke from the shooters. Spare me, please. But the feud didn’t end there. Caleb seized the moment and screenshotted that exchange and joke that he and Mr. beast are now in peace talks. Clearly, Rolling Stones ranking isn’t all about the numbers. Barstell sports founder Dave Portoi came in at number 23, while the Prince of Puss, Jake Shane, landed at number 11. As for the man at number six, his podcast, So True with Caleb Heron, has only a few hundred,000 followers on each social media platform. It’s no match for Mr. Beast’s digital domination, 425 million subscribers on his main YouTube channel, another 51.7 million on his backup channel, 1.2 billion likes on Tik Tok, and he’s worth an estimated $1 billion, thanks in part to his massively popular game show, Beast Games, streaming on Amazon’s Prime Video. I am standing on $5 million of real money. The largest grand prize in entertainment history and competing for this $5 million are these 1,000 contestants. Come on in. Well, one list Mr. Beast is proud to land on hot guy number seven in Mariah Care’s latest music video, Type Dangerous. And as we all learned this week, starting a random social media beef, now that’s dangerous.

Who’s the fairest influencer of them all? MrBeast started an online feud — and quickly regretted it — with rising comedy star Caleb Hearon. The billionaire YouTuber, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, 27, apparently got his ego bruised when Rolling Stone ranked Hearon, 30, one spot higher than him on the mag’s “25 Most Influential Creators of 2025” list. See how the “So True with Caleb Hearon” podcast host cleverly clapped back, plus the brutal X comments dragging the embattled “Beast Games” host. Over the past year, Mr Beast’s “nice guy” image has taken multiple hits.
