I watched the entire press conference and highly recommend others do the same as the survivors’ statements were incredibly impactful.
And for those wondering why they didn’t name names in the press conference: it’s very clear these women are still absolutely terrified of any retaliation. One woman stated she has been threatened, her daughter was threatened, and she’s been stalked on numerous occasions. Another stated her sister had been threatened. They are also terrified of being sued by anyone they name.
I can’t imagine how scary it is to come forward and do what they did today. I’m in awe of their bravery.

quite brave considering virginia giuffre “killed herself” earlier this year. hopefully the story is too big now for that to happen again, but who knows. power to the survivors

I can’t imagine the level of bravery they had to publicly appear like this. More power to them, hoping for the best.

I hope these brave women are all being well protected, because we’ve seen how dangerous this administration is towards those who threaten them.

Should’ve ended with “thank you for your attention to this matter” and a wink. Can’t imaging the bravery they’ve put forth to bring each other justice. So proud of them.

We need to absolutely protect these survivors if and when they share these names.

God, this must be terrifying. I hope they’re protected and are surrounded by loved ones.

It’s disgusting that survivors have to take on this burden because the government won’t do its job. Release the [FULL] files.

Do it! Even if there are NDAs, or civil litigations the US zeitgeist is on the side of the survivors and would rally with support funds. We are so fucking pissed at the GOP (Guardians of Pedophiles)!
