Tom Holland details his experience with dyslexia and ADHD. The actor explains how the diagnosis can impact his work, speaking with IGN in a September 1st interview, sharing, “I have ADHD and I’m dyslexic, and I find sometimes when someone gives me a blank canvas that it can be slightly intimidating.” The 29-year-old star adds, “Sometimes you are met with those challenges when developing a character.” And Tom, who’s currently filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day with fiance Zenaia, says creativity also helps him cope, explaining any way that you can as a young person or as an adult interact with something that forces you to be creative and forces you to think outside the box and make changes. I think that the more we do that sort of stuff, the better. This is the first time Tom has opened up about his struggles with ADHD. But he did give insight into his struggle with dyslexia, which he was diagnosed with at age 7. During a July 2023 appearance on J Shetty’s on Purpose podcast. I don’t know. I had my mom has always been really hands-on with our education. She, you know, really wanted us to just do our best. Our dad always said like, “Look, I don’t care what grades you get. As long as you try your best, you try your best and that’s all that we can ask for.” Mhm. But yeah, my dyslexia, it’s really just my spelling. I mean, honestly, it’s just that. Yeah. [Music]

Who did not know he had ADHD…look at him he cant sit still for 5 minutes, the worst things for people with ADHD sweets, alcohol and carbs. To lessen the symptoms consume less of the later and excerise. NO soda but lemon water ( club soda) with teaspoon of honey for treat.
