    1. If there is one thing that is comforting in life, it’s that you cannot cheat death. Death will come to all of these people, some sooner than later. These men can spend their money looking for something that simply doesn’t exist, it shows their insecurity.

Lmao at organ transplants being seen as so blasé and easy. I worked in a cardio thoracic icu and we transplanted heart and lungs. It’s a hardship I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, even with giant leaps in medicine it’s still a huge thing to undergo, you’re always immune compromised, always living in fear of organ rejection, constantly needing lab work. It’s not for the faint hearted.

Second time this whole immortality thing has shown up on the Russian main stage. Wonder what it means

    4. So basically The Island? Rich people paying to maintain clones for organ donations that are a perfect match?

“Putin’s interpreter (speaking in Chinese) was heard saying:
“Biotechnology is continuously developing… human organs can be continuously transplanted. The longer you live, the younger you become, and you can even achieve immortality.”

      Xi Jinping, off-camera, responded:
“Some predict that in this century humans may live to 150 years old.”

Putin later confirmed that the topic had indeed been discussed, stating that modern medical and surgical means—including organ replacement—could significantly extend active life.”

      I think this is essentially a non-story

Well, if Reuters reporting on China is as inaccurate as it was on 1960s and 70s Poland, this isn’t real. In the interest of saving myself time, just read “Inventing Reality” if you’re lost on a motive for this.

Seriously, Reuters is one of the biggest western chauvinistic news sources masking as “centrist.” I remember when my grandfather was still alive. He used to take me through old articles about Poland from a slew of publications that still exist today and just directly explain to me how much of what they were saying was bullshit.

But meh, who cares? Let’s listen to the people who directly have something to gain by getting the masses to hate people that live on the other side of the planet.

    7. That’s exactly what they really fear.
In today’s world, the greatest enemy of dictators is time—and they’re powerless against it.

Just listen to putin’s babbling, the ramblings of a little child.
      A cannibal dreaming of immortality.

Wanting to live until 150 in 2025 is something I can’t comprehend, probably because I’m a broke bitch.

    9. This just tells me how absolutely deluded with power and ego Putin is, that he thinks he can cheat death. It’s actually pretty fucking scary.

Oh god my conspiracy theorist uncle is gonna have a field day with this one 😭 He already informed me that the Illuminati harvest blood from really scared children to stay young forever 😬

    11. Fuck me I can imagine living until 150. I’m already packing up in my early 30s. 120 more years of this shit just seems cruel 😅

    12. Medical complications will still exist systematically. Age affects all organs on the body. At some point of swapping out parts becomes the question of quality over quantity of life.
