You know, I I knew a couple of days ago that that Whitney was going to be my partner and I and I instantly just felt this sense of just like ah like it just feels like coming home, you know, and and I just feel so supported and it’s just the best. But then also getting to know all of the the fellow contestants cuz I didn’t know who any of them were. you know, Alex was announced and but I didn’t know any of them. So, I show up to rehearsal and I’m like, “No way. You’re here.” Like, what? You know, so it’s it’s been crazy. Dylan and I really hit it off. He’s a real nature guy, so that’s been really fun. And is awesome. It’s the best. Yeah. And did did Bendy give you any advice for for your season? Yeah. A lot of advice. A lot of advice. You know, she really said just just try and give it your all, but enjoy, you know, and and and make it your own. And I’m I’m excited to do that. I was just so proud of her watching her just light up the ballroom. I mean, proudest little brother in the world. And that’s why I’m here. That’s why I’m I’m doing this. And the fact that, you know, you were there on that season and now I know now we’re we’re doing this. It’s it’s just incredible. And I know you were incredibly close. She shared a lot about her health recently. How is she doing? She’s she’s doing good. Thank you. It’s it’s And it’s um it’s an ongoing battle. And endometriosis is one of these things where it’s it’s not a it’s not a quick fix and it is something that I really think needs to be in the forefront of of discussions. Well, we have a new a new, you know, adopted member of the Owen family now, you know, like I I feel like this is the thing. Your your family and our family, we’re just going to all become, you know. Yes. And I’ve already I already had a snake on me, so I really feel in the world now. And I handled it pretty well. Really well. I mean, very very well. Well done. Super impressed. It was a huge What was it? It was a Burmese python. It was a massive like 12t long Burmese python who by the way was in a very constricting mood. Sometimes they just want to, you know, give you a little hug and it’s can really be hard to breathe when they do that. But you did so well. It was amazing. When he’s like, “Okay, got it.” It did not do it to me. Luckily, I would have probably freaked out a little bit, but it’s been so funny this whole time, like while we’ve been dancing, Whitney has been like relating the dance moves back to animals, and it has been so helpful. Like just move like a snake striking or move like I honestly wait I need another example. Okay striking what else? So there’s a snake striking the food. There’s a snake striking the food. What was it? The flamingo with holding it leg. Yeah, holding it leg. Flamingo balance like a flamingo. This is everything. I love this. I’m learning. I’m learning. [Music]
