Well, Moana has had such a wonderful space in a lot of people’s hearts and to be able to see that on a liveaction stage means also the representation gets pushed even further and that feels incredible to know that we are a panacific film and that means we also get to identify with the Modi in Alro New Zealand to see Hawaii on screen my homeland you know and and truly everywhere in between as someone who’s 24 I didn’t think that I would be able to see myself and perpetuate my culture like this at such a young age. It’s a dream come true.
