Christine Brown Woolly is getting candid about her feud with ex-sister wife Mary Brown. In her new book, Sister Wife: a memoir of faith, family, and finding freedom, Christine details the complicated relationship she had with first wife Mary during her 25 year polygamous marriage to ex-husband Cody Brown. Writing, she said demeaning things about me when she was with her family in front of me. My weight, my intelligence, my parenting skills. We could be laughing and telling stories, but then she’d throw a painful dart and I would feel myself deflate with Christine revealing that about 10 years after entering the family, which also included second wife Janelle Brown, she and Mary had a falling out, saying, “I had to make a decision about what was best for me and my family within a family, and it changed our relationship forever.” After a series of too many similar experiences, I ended my friendship with Mary. However, Christine still had to live with Mary as they shared a husband and home. Going on to detail how she navigated their difficult dynamic, explaining, “Mary and I continued to get along to take care of the kids and the family, and we still hung out on trips together as sister wives, but it was superficial. I didn’t feel like I could trust her not to hurt me. I never knew when she would belittle me or simply be mean. [Music]

Christine has turned into a poor me this and that. she flaunts to make it seem she's got perfect everything? Maybe she does, but why run everyone down now?
This was bound to come out in the book about her life. They may be different people now but it doesn’t change what already happened and how it affected her life. I think they are on better terms now though. Just not friends.
