Democratic lawmakers react to Charlie Kirk’s death: “The assassination of Charlie Kirk risks uncorking of political chaos that we cannot risk in America. We should all resist temptation to point fingers. That takes us nowhere. We should be rejecting gun violence and political violence in all forms.”

they’re better than me lol
The more Democrats express sympathy for that piece of shit Kirk, the more MAGA trash call for destroying Democrats.
Showing weakness to criminals only eggs them on and makes them feel righteous.
Democrats, remember this already: MAGA fascists don’t give a damn about Kirk himself.
Don’t be afraid to speak the truth about him.
.
maybe if charlie kirk had a gun in each hand, he would’ve survived? did they ever think of that?
America will do nothing!
Trump has been brandishing this political rhetoric ever since he took office. And his side of isle lacks any introspection, even when it was one of their own.
The killer is still at large, and we don’t know his motives and his allegiances. If that ever comes out truthfully, that will set the course of where America goes next. I just fear there are going to be copy-cats.
Dope. Could someone tell that to the *president,* please?
she has a point.
sadly republicans … well all they do is point fingers.
It’s a good sentiment, sadly it will never happen anytime soon.
This is such a big thing happening
But so many other political or politics related deaths has happened that I barely heard anything of or didn’t get a response this big from people.
“political violence is bad,” says official in country whose main export and domestic product is political violence
If you had a high opinion on the grey matter of the magats, you might have thought that they’d have learned their lesson from immediately and wrongly declaring that the Trump assassination attempt was a leftist attack when it turned out not to be, but I don’t, so I didn’t.
It’s really disappointing to see politicians remove the context of the shooting. They seemingly only blame gun violence and don’t want to examine the incredibly clear chain of events that lead to Kirk being shot.
It’s been less than a full day and I’m already bloody sick of hearing about his death. People die every single day, nicer people, innocent people, and they don’t even get talked about this much. Jfc.
The way no one cared this way when Minnesota politicians were gunned down…
