[Music] Leo DiCaprio leads the highly anticipated upcoming action comedy, One Battle After Another, a Paul Thomas Anderson original, and we caught up with the star-studded cast before it hits theaters. Take a look. Justice to the vigilante group known as the French 75. We are here to award Steven Lock Job with the Medal of Honor. You have to understand, Willow. Me and mom, we used to run around and do some real bad. They got hurt. Now they’re coming after us. I know you’ve wanted to work with Paul for the longest time. Did it live up to your expectations or your hope? No, absolutely, man. Yeah. He’s one of those unique talents of our generation. I mean, he’s a writer director that comes up with these concepts and these worlds that are kind of unimaginable. You know what freedom is? No fear. Just like Tom Cruz. What was it like for you guys to get together to do this to form that chemistry and then to shoot some of these scenes? I think the the chemistry is something you can’t work at it. Either it’s there or it’s not. You know, it’s a cliche, but people say you’re only as good as the actor in front of you. And um and it is true. I would add that you’re only as good as the actor in front of you and the director who allows that to happen or encourages that to happen. Leo is very funny. very What’s something that surprised you guys about working with him on this film? There was no real surprises. I mean, it’s still Leonardo DiCaprio. You know what I’m saying? Like, even in him being dead serious, it’s still being funny. You know what I mean? He lived up to being Leonardo. And I think he didn’t surprise me. He just the the great thing was that he lived up to what I would have thought. I love seeing you guys together on screen, but like I mean, special flower shoot for this being your first project, right? Watching it all be put together and seeing everyone’s reaction and then obviously on the major IMAX screen, it’s like, “Oh my gosh, this is crazy.” Is there a character that you would like to go back and revisit? It would be fun to do more Wolf of Wall Street stuff. I was talking to Margot Robbie who like obviously that that was like her breakout American role. I mean, what’s it like for you to watch her be this young performing that into now she’s like, you know, it’s incredible. We knew it when we first laid eyes on her in the audition process. We’re like, “This girl’s going to kill it. She invests so much in the characters and look what she’s done, man. It’s just absolutely phenomenal. [Music]
