Erin Bates’ Parents Detail Changing Diagnoses That “Puzzled” Doctors | E! News

Aaron Bates Payne’s parents are speaking out amid her hospitalization. Two weeks after the Bringing Up Bates alum was admitted to the ICU for complications relating to the birth of her and husband Chad Payne’s seventh baby, Henry Gil Bates and Kelly Bates explained in their Instagram stories September 10th, quote, “We’ve hesitated to share updates since Aaron’s diagnosis has changed several times. She’d recover from one thing just to experience yet another complication. It’s puzzled the doctors who have done a significant amount of testing. So without an exact diagnosis, and with her condition changing often, it’s been harder to share. Still, the parents of 19 kids said that their entire family is grateful for the heartfelt messages sent during these uncertain days. They continue, quote, “We’ve had tearary nights, late nights, happy nights, and a whole array of emotions, but through it all, we’ve felt a deep gratitude for the love that has constantly surrounded us.” As for Aaron’s husband, Chad, the past few weeks have also been a chapter full of ups and downs. As he wrote on Instagram September 9th, quote, “Recovery is not fast or easy, but we are deeply thankful for every small step forward. It has completely broken my heart to watch my errand walk through such pain. Yet to see her lifting her voice in praise to the Lord in the midst of it has been nothing short of inspiring. [Music]

    1. They all need to get some sort of genetic testing because one of their other daughters who has a YouTube channel also suffers seizures that I believe started during their second birth. Idk I just pray she gets better soon to be home safe and sound with the family โค

    2. Praying for your healing Erinโค Iโ€™ve followed you for a few years now and youโ€™ve always inspired me. All things are possible with God ๐Ÿ’—

    3. Dude, what is going on with the Bates women/daughters? Seriously!
Alyssa Bates Webster(30) has a heart condition called Supra-ventricular tachycardia (SVT) that caused her to have two heart surgeries in one year, 2019.
After giving birth to her son Zade, now 3 yrs old Carlin(27) went through a period where she would pass out and have seizures. Ending up in the hospital several times.
And now Erin(34) with these life threatening medical conditions that they canโ€™t get a handle on.
This doesnโ€™t seem normal. Is it something that is happening within their family or is it just a coincidence?
      Itโ€™s very strange .

    4. Thankfully she is out of ICU! Hope they can figure things out finally! I feel her I got misdiagnosed with cancer two years late! Thankfully it was still cured!erin is so genuinely a good person โค
