Netflix announces September 12th that the sexy yet deadly drama series will be returning for another season, sharing the news on social media with a fun video featuring the show’s stars Britney Snow and Mini. And as for what viewers can expect from the second season, well, Netflix teases some clues in the new log line, which reads, “Sophie and Margot are on the outs, but soon enough, old secrets and new foes force them back together. As they play their dangerous games, the question arises, are they the hunters or the hunted? The Hunting Wives, which first premiered in the US on Netflix back in July, quickly became a fan favorite, spending five weeks on the streaming platform’s top 10 list, which apparently came as a huge surprise to the show’s two leading ladies, with Britney and Min sharing their reaction to the drama series success while catching up with E-News on the red carpet at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards September 7. You never really know when things are going to hit or not. And with something like this, it was so polarizing because people either love it or hate it. And so we were kind of hoping that people would just see it. But now everyone is so opinionated about it. It makes me feel really happy because people are talking about it and sometimes that’s all you can do is just hope that people care.
