‘Gilmore Girls’ Stars Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham Reunite | Emmys 2025

They had Clooney. They could have let us have the damn snow. A stars hollow reunion just happened at the 77th Prime Time Emmy Awards. Gilmore Girls stars Alexis Bledell and Lauren Graham warm fans hearts as they make a rare appearance together at the 2025 Emmys on September 14th. In honor of the show’s 25th anniversary, the women present the award for outstanding writing for a comedy series, giving credit to the writing on their show, which premiered on the WB back in 2000. And yes, the actresses are aware that the show will forever be linked to the season of autumn. 25 years ago, a show called Gilmore Girls premiered and apparently took the season of fall hostage. Just like their on-screen characters, Lauraai and Rory Gilmore, the two are as witty as ever, poking fun at their show’s budget back in the day. If there was a birthday at the Drew Cary Show next door, they would send us their leftover sheetcake. We looked hungry. We walked in circles in Burbank saying, “Hey, look how Connecticut it is here today. We saved up all year long to have one snow episode.” And then er would wet down their street and wash it all away. You have got to let that go. They had Clooney. They could have let us have the damn snow. The women also posed on the red carpet together. Alexis wearing a silver sequin strapless gown while Lauren looked gorgeous in black. Cue the Carol King where Alexis and Lauren lead. We will follow. [Music]
