      Although I’m generally tired of podcasts and streaming platforms.

      I feel like the late show hosts need to band together and bring back the “Strike Force Five” podcast they had during the strike or create their own streaming platform. We need more alternatives to legacy media that are quick to bend.

      Well, this is how I found out…

      While I do think that there were public figures that should’ve spoken more carefully, so far not a single person I’ve seen get fired for talking about that man has said anything even in the same vicinity of what fox news, alex jones, any other maga grifter say on a daily basis about any minority. The DC artist was probably the ‘worst’ one and cmon alex jones saying half a sentance about sandy hook is far worse

      I will say, Kimmel seems to have a ton of industry friends, wonder if anyone says anything, and if anyone calls out the mouse specifically

      When I say it’s 9 months in and I’m so tired of these people, tired isn’t even a strong enough word.

      I enjoy the late night shows and my irritation is not even about being entertained rn, but why is the President of the United States worried about a tv show? Why did he run for president of a country whose people and values and traditions you don’t respect?

      Also how many more people have to lose their jobs for him to feel good about himself? He thinks he’s punishing Jimmy (and Stephen Colbert) but a lot of staff end up out of work and I find that thin skinned disgustingly irresponsible

      While we #boycottabc and Disney and cancel our Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN accounts, just a plug for shunning everyone who supports this regime — if they’re still on board now, they’re unreachable imho. Can confirm that as our country has cratered around us, it’s at least been a small consolation to know that I don’t ever have to hear my MAGA relatives gloat about it again. (Obviously some people can’t do this for a variety of reasons but if you’ve been considering it, the water’s warm.)

      I loathe these fascista leanings. If, however the tired broadcast media want to put themselves put pf viewership they can.

      Firing up a streaming profile on any number of existing platforms or deploying a new one would instantly shift the viewership.
