On Wednesday night, King Charles, Queen Camila, and the Prince and Princess of Wales held a state banquet at Windsor Castle for the Trumps, and Melania wore a bold yellow gown. The long-sleeved dress’s neckline sat off her shoulders and the waist was cinched with a lavender belt, which echoed the color palette from her and the president’s ensembles earlier in the day that included a wide-brimmed purple hat for the first lady and a matching purple tie for Trump. [Music] Princess Kate Middleton stunned at the dinner in a gold gown with a sheer floral lace overlay. and Queen Camila’s ensemble was complimented by a gorgeous diamond and sapphire tiara. The US’s first couple arrived in England on Wednesday and were greeted by Prince William and Princess Kate. This is Donald Trump’s second time being hosted by the British monarchy. He is the first US president to be invited for more than one state visit. Trump and the Princess of Wales seemed to be getting along well throughout the trip as he appeared to call Kate so beautiful upon his arrival and sharing friendly glances while sitting next to one another during dinner.
