His publicist confirms to NBC News that Young, known for his roles on Grey’s Anatomy and Boy Meets World, died following a car crash in Los Angeles. He was 46 years old. In a statement, his rep telling NBC News Brad was a fixture at Hollywood events, red carpets, premieres, gallas, industry parties, and charity functions. He had an eye that could capture both the glitz of celebrity and the quiet humanity behind the flash. A rep for the actor tells the Hollywood Reporter that the fatal car accident took place on the 134 freeway in LA late on September 14th when Young was driving home and was struck by a vehicle traveling the wrong direction.
