I admire her so much for being so vocal and fearless, especially as so many of her peers won’t even say the mildest thing because they’re so frightened about losing money.
Hannah has two trans sibling. She’s always fought hard for the trans community. It’s really nice that she’s finally getting attention for advocacy work. I’ve followed her since 2022 and she’s always been very vocal about her beliefs

No, they don’t think it will happen to them because it won’t for some time. We are less than 1% of the population. We do not matter to them or the majority of Americans. People can reply and say “oh but that’s not true, I care” as if we haven’t been shown time and time again that Reddit isn’t a representation of American politics/viewpoints.
So we are going to be targeted and, eventually, harmed and one day they’ll go “why didn’t anyone stand up to this” in a history book long after the damage is done.
PS: Cis women, this will hurt you just as much as us; if not more, statistically speaking. Outside of gender non-conforming people, cis people will be hurt in far greater numbers by this hysteria.

If you’re still trying to stay ‘apolitical’ while the government is targeting trans people as extremists, you’re not neutral, you’re complicit. Hannah’s right. Silence in times like this is a statement.
As someone who believes that life is pretty much meaningless I get the nihilism part, but I’m not sure how they associate that with being trans, and where do they get the violent part from? This is just getting out of hand. This has got to stop.
