Yeah, I think we’re we’re live music kind of people. You know, wedding bells are ringing. Travis Kelce says he and Taylor Swift already have an idea of how they’ll celebrate their big day. On the September 17th episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis and his brother Jason Kelsey interviewed Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon. And when Jimmy asked Travis if he and his superstar fiance had started planning their wedding yet, Travis jumped in to make a joke at his own expense. Are you working on planning uh the the wedding? Are you are you doing this now? Is that the next step? That’s the Yeah, that’s the next step. That’s the next step in it all. Don’t stress about it, too. I I I remember thinking about it with my wife. That one’s going to be easy. I just got to figure out win a football game first. Yeah, you got to do one of that. Be easy compared to trying to figure out catch a goddamn football. at the Kansas City Chiefs’s first home game of the season this past Sunday. The tight end dropped the pass and the team ultimately lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 20 to7. But one thing Travis definitely isn’t going to fumble are the vibes on his wedding day. Jimmy asked what kind of music the football star and pop icon have in mind for their reception. And Travis told him how they envision getting the party started. Are you going to do DJ or band? Are you thinking about all this stuff? Yeah, I think we’re we’re live music kind of people, you know. So, I’ve seen you perform. You have to. Oh, that’s right. 8 am. 8 a.m. Same. You did AC/DC live with the band. It was one of the best things I’ve ever heard. Jason, you must have seen. I’ve seen all of them. And you’ve seen all the movies. It does. Well, I’ve seen these all growing up. He’s always had this in his bag. He’s been a man of entertainment since the beginning. Of course, Jimmy is referring to Travis jamming with Justin Timberlake back in April at the 2020 Experienced Singer 8 a.m. Golf Invitational. And it’s a safe bet that if Travis ever announces he’s going on tour, Swifties will be first in line right along with Taylor. and you take my breath. The 35-year-old athlete may have his sights set on saying I do, but we’re still swooning over how he popped the question. Taylor and Travis announced their engagement in August. And in a recent interview with Aaron Andrews for NFL on Fox, Travis opened up about how nervous he was when he asked the singer to be his wife. Your life obviously has had some major changes from the cornfed kid born outside of Cleveland. Hall of Fame career, Super Bowls, you know, GQ. You are self-proclaimed the happiest guy in the world. Come on now. Come on. But how much happier has your fiance made you? Girl, she has brought excitement and um a joy for life that um made me a better man, made me a better person, and uh made me just that much more comfortable in who I am. And um Oh, I got I got to know. Dry mouth, the nerves. How rattled did you get when you proposed? I haven’t even asked you this, by the way. Um, she could tell that story. The palms were definitely sweating. Really, I was definitely I’m a I’m an emotional guy, so there were a few tears here and there, but uh it’s been an exciting exciting ride up to this date, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with [Music]
