      What about all the autistic people born before acetaminophen became widely used in the 60’s? Prior to that it was prescription only! I was born in 64. We used aspirin solely until the 80’s when Reye’s syndrome became a thing! This is stupid. Looks like trumpy is mad at somebody from KenVue.

      Why even mention Tylenol by name? It is simply a brand name, not the active ingredient they believe to be the cause here. They are just opening themselves up to a huge shitshow.

      Obviously, there is no link between autism and Paracetamol/Tylanol. This medication reduces fever, so I’m curious to see how they feel about allowing a fever to do its thing during pregnancy 🙃 

      I get the feeling they just don’t want women getting any sort of pain relief.

      This is so scary. They’ve basically just picked the most common medication to blame bc they need to choose something that’s almost universally used by pregnant people. And why not blame the pregnant person for their child’s autism, it’s not US policy if it doesn’t emphasise individual responsibility. There is currently no external cause identified, but they need to name something bc they said they’d have answers this month.

      It’s just a different way of experiencing the world, it’s not a disease. Let these people live in peace

      Also recommending not getting hep b vaccine until 12. Not giving Tylenol to babies. Not getting MMR and separating them instead. Saying kids get 80+ vaccines. Also recommending a different med that requires a prescription and can cause seizures.

      They want kids and mothers to die.

      From what I gather there are SOME studies that suggest a link but there was also a Swedish study last year of over 2 million children that found no link what’s so ever. That is the most substantial study on the matter. I’m sure Trump and RFK Jr will just say the NIH is evil or some shit. Or just ignore that the study existed.
