    1. I already respected her as an actress, but I’m so glad that she did this and is speaking out. If you’re going to use your celebrity for this– and imo celebs should– this is the way to do it. Put your feet on that ground, and put yourself at risk, because the media will not care about atrocity when it happens to anyone else.

She’s such an incredible actress, I cannot believe she didn’t get nominated for an Emmy for Dedra Mero.

I want nothing but the best for her.

God I feel like I was there with her, there’s such emotion in her retelling. The cages on the windows breaks my heart.

(Side note, there’s a UK soap called Emmerdale and there’s an actress on there currently called Beth Cordingly who looks so much like Denise Gough I do a double take whenever I see them. They could play sisters!)

    4. And still people reuse to believe. The tunnel vision, the lemmings approach that refuses to acknowledge the misinformation they have processed…it’s terrifying!!

I was lucky enough to visit Jerusalem years ago. I can never put it into words how that place made me feel as a whole because so many people come there with such concentrated energy that it’s almost like there’s something in the air that you can touch. Even then and there I saw such horror in people’s eyes when they were passing by an IDF soldier -they were everywhere. I asked some Palestinian people if they’d ever leave and they all said no. That they were gonna die there. It was their land and they knew. I couldn’t believe the resilience of those people. You just cannot believe that something so horrible is their reality.
