Jimmy Kimmel REACTS To Donald Trump’s Criticism Of Show Returning To TV

Donald Trump is an old-fashioned 80s movie style bully taking your lunch money. And if you give it to him once, he’ll take it again. Two things he loves, lunch and money. Okay. Jimmy Kimmel Live is back on air. And the late night host didn’t hold back on jokes about the president’s reaction to his show being reinstated. On Wednesday night, Jimmy read a few of Donald Trump’s truth social posts during his monologue. The president made his criticism of ABC clear, but Jimmy had a few sharp comments of his own. I did hear from one very special friend moments after we taped our show last night. The Mad Red Hatter wrote, “I can’t believe ABC fake news gave Jimmy Kimmel his job back.” You can’t believe they gave me my job back. I can’t believe we gave you your job back. Why would they want someone back who does so poorly, who’s not funny, and who puts the network in jeopardy by playing 99% positive Democrat garbage? Who puts the network in jeopardy? You hear that? There’s the threat again. This time, straight from FCC Biscuit’s mouth, he goes, he didn’t he he says, “I think we’re gonna test ABC out on this. Let’s see how we do. Last time I went after them, they gave me $16 million. This one sounds even more lucrative. A true bunch of losers. Only Donald Trump would try to prove he wasn’t threatening ABC by threatening ABC. Jimmy also explained why he feels it necessary to talk about Trump on the show. I talk about Trump more than anything because he’s a bully. I don’t like bullies. I played the clarinet in high school. Okay. So, I I just don’t like him. Donald Trump is an old-fashioned ‘8s movie style bully taking your lunch money. And if you give it to him once, he’ll take it again. Two things he loves, lunch and money. Okay. Rooting for this bully. I don’t care what side you’re on. It’s like rooting for Biff from Back to the Future. Literally, Donald Trump was the model for Biff in Back to the Future. And this is who people are cheering for. I don’t know about you. I’m with Marty McFly. Jimmy Kimmel returned to his show on ABC Tuesday night after it was quote preempted indefinitely by the network 6 days prior. ABC made the decision after criticism from the FCC chair and NextStar over Jimmy’s comments about the suspect in Charlie Kirk’s killing. When Charlie was killed on September 10th, Jimmy expressed his condolences for the 31-year-old’s family. During his monologue on Monday, September 15th, the comedian criticized members of the Republican party for trying to score quote political points with their characterization of the person accused of killing him.

President Donald Trump has made his feelings clear about ABC putting “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” back on air, and Jimmy is responding to the President’s criticism. On Wednesday, Sept. 24, the late-night host read a few of Trump’s Truth Social posts during his monologue. “The mad red hatter wrote, ‘I can’t believe ABC fake news gave Jimmy Kimmel his job back.’ You can’t believe they gave me my job back? I can’t believe we gave you your job back!” Jimmy went on to call The President an “’80s movie style bully” and compared him to the villain in “Back To The Future.”
