I don’t blame her for being upset not one bit. She is talking about the officiating during the whole season, especially this game – not just one incident

I mean it’s not the officials fault, but it was an absolute horrible chain of events no doubt, love coaches who do this. Hate seeing ankle injuries… Hoping Napheesa is able to recover and get back to playing sooner rather than later.

The fact is the level of physicality in the WNBA is even more intense than the NBA. It wouldn’t be tolerated in the men’s league given the amount of money invested. I can’t help but feel a lot of people want women’s sports to be more physical, almost akin to encouraging “cat fights”. Since these players aren’t paid as much they are somehow expendable.
