I donât think itâs a new thing at all? We had the 40 year old virgin film in 2005, Channel 4âs Virgin School in 2007, BBCâs Desperate Virgins in the same year, 40 year old Virgins documentary in 2013⌠feel like itâs always been a thing
Welcome to the hell of the late 90s and early aughts.
I sort of assumed it was to do with the studies that young people are having less sex and it’s trying to relate to an audience, but maybe that’s naive of me.
People are having less sex, the audience for reality TV is increasingly made up of virgins.
Because Gen Z is having significantly less sex than previous generations
