3 Members of TLC’s Meet the Putmans Family Killed in Car Accident

    Three members of TLC’s Meet the Putman’s family have tragically died in a car accident. In a statement shared to the family’s Instagram account on September 27th, Isabelle reveals that Bill Putman, Barb Putman, and their daughter-in-law Megan Putman died in a quote tragic car accident. Writing in a statement, “Dear friends and family, I come to you with a heavy heart asking for your prayers. Our family was involved in a tragic car accident and we lost Papa, Nene, and Aunt Megan.” Isabelle adds that quote, “Uncle Blake, Lulu, Alina, Noah, and Gia were also injured from the accident and are currently in the hospital. Quote, “We ask for prayers as they recover, and for our whole family as we walk through this deep loss, even in this valley, we will praise him. We trust that his plan is perfect and that one day we will be reunited in heaven.” Enews has reached out to TLC as well as reps for the Pubmans for comment, but has not yet heard back. The family first rose to fame on TLC’s 2017 reality show Meet the Pupmans, which followed the lives of Bill and Barb’s extended family as they lived together under one roof. The series was later revived in 2021 on YouTube under the new title Growing Up Pupman. [Music]

    1. I remember their show and thinking it was kind of weird that they were all living in the same (very big) house. Now that the matriarch and patriarch and one of the sisters has died, I think I was in the wrong. Perhaps they were led to live in this way so that no time was wasted together.

    2. Enjoyed their show. Seemed like a down to earth fam with a unique idea. Watching them go thru heart scares, cancer scares and now car accident 😢 this family sticks together but wow! Thanks God blake and the kids have extended family. Such a huge loss. Praying for comfort and healing for them. Crazy to think in a blink we can be gone.
