I can't wrap my head around the depth of evil it takes for someone to do this to children. It's been so clear for so long that Israel (and the US, UK, and EU) intends to slowly wipe out the future of Palestinians by murdering as many women and children as possible that it infuriates me to no end that some people are still denying it.

Yeah this has been obvious from when they confiscated baby food from doctors.
It’s not that the West doesn’t know this, it’s that they don’t care.

What he’s probably referring to isn’t peanut butter (as we know it) but Plumpy’Nut, which is a high protein peanut paste that is used to treat severe acute malnutrition in children and adults.
Otherwise known as ready to use therapeutic food (RUTF), Plumpy’Nut is shelf stable and can be easily transported, allowing parents/caregivers to continue to treat a child at home – as opposed to having to continually return to a hospital or clinic for medical treatments.
According to the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification System, a famine is occurring in Gaza but unlike in other emergency situations – where famine can be caused by drought or other natural causes – the famine in Gaza is entirely man-made as a result of the Government of Israel denying medical supplies, such as Plumpy’Nut and food from being brought into Gaza.
At this point they seem to think any food or drinkable water is too luxurious for Gaza
