Jesus just let it die already.
Don’t get me wrong, seasons 1-9 (maybe 10) of the Simpsons are some of the funniest and best TV ever made but it’s been dire for about 25 years.

For some reason, I thought they’d finally let this show die but Wikipedia says that in April of this year it was renewed for four more seasons. 🥴 I was under the impression that even big fans of the show think it needs to end. I guess it must still have an audience, either that or Fox is desperate for shows to air.

Maybe unpopular opinion but I’m really excited for this. The first movie is still on constant rotation in my house, and the last season of the show had more hits than duds.
