D4vd Case: Authorities Share If Celeste Rivas Hernandez Was Pregnant | E! News
New details have come to light surrounding the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Three weeks after the body of the 15-year-old was discovered in the front trunk of a Tesla registered to singer David, her death certificate has been released, stating that the teen was not pregnant, nor had she been pregnant in the last year per the document obtained by TMZ. The report also said an autopsy was performed on Celeste’s body prior to it being released to her family on September 23rd and that the medical examiner is awaiting toxicology results. The certificate listed the manner of death as deferred while the LA County Medical Examiner and the LAPD tried to establish how she died. LAPD Captain Scott Williams told TMZ that investigators are trying to determine if she was a victim of foul play or other causes. E-news has reached out to the LAPD, but has not yet heard back. Authorities had previously told the Los Angeles Times that they were working to establish a connection between Rivas Hernandez and David, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, and that the case was being investigated by robbery homicide detectives with the LAPD. The singer has yet to comment publicly on the case. However, a spokesperson for David had previously told NBC News that he was quote fully cooperating with the authorities. Rivas Hernandez was found on September 8th at an impound yard after police were called to check the Tesla due to a quote foul odor coming from a vehicle. The body was later identified as the teen who had been reported missing on April 5th, 2024 from Lake Elsenor, California. The Tesla had been parked near a home in the Hollywood Hills, which law enforcement sources told ABC News that David had been renting prior to the start of his world tour at the start of the summer. Detectives obtained a search warrant for the property. According to the LA Times, with law enforcement sources with knowledge of the case telling the outlet that they had recovered various items from the home, including electronics and computers. [Music]

I knew a girl once, she got hopped up on pills and got in her grandma's trunk and od-ed. If he is fully cooperating, is it possible this may be the case, since he's been on tour .. I mean in that region temps got in the 100s in August. That will rapidly decay a body in a dark enclosed space since dark cars capture more heat but IDK how teslas are made… This whole case is so interesting.
