    1. Having one or two songs that is inspired by another artist is understandable but to have a slew of them seems odd. I feel like an English teacher should be doing better than copying someone’s homework.

Also, I lost it at Sofia the First.

I’m going to need all these artists to sue and demand writing credits.

Also, I feel so vindicated for hating this hack from the get go.

I can’t get over how Ophelia sounds exactly like Demi Lovato’s Give your heart a break.

Some of these are a stretch but three of them do make me question it 🤔 and three indeed… is one too many.

    6. It’s wild to me how Where Is My Mind is such an incredible song and it turns out taking a part of it and doing karaoke over it is absolute trash

    7. Seems like after gaslighting themselves into liking TTPD even the swifties are having a hard time pretending to like this one.

    8. There’s a good chance these songs were all written by the same few people. Most pop songs are generally recycled versions of older pop songs 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cancelled reminds me *so much* of something, I’ve read people say Yellow Flicker Beat but that’s not quite what I’m thinking, but I cannot place it.

That she gets credit for Deja Vu, but doesn’t give any for a blatant rip-off of I Want You Back is just maddening. Nobody outside of delusional Swifties could possibly listen and think she didn’t steal it.

    11. Some of these are pretty short and not that specific, so they could just be chalked up to coincidently sounding the same (eta: if we want to give her the benefit of the doubt), but the Jackson 5 one is so similar to such a big part of such a well-known song that I find it hard to believe that it was a coincidence that no one noticed. Also the whole “knock on wood” pun was done in a song decades ago too!

    12. She’s always done this. Just look up “Hey Girl” by Delays and compare it to her “Love Story” song. You’ll hear it right away.

    13. Ruin The Friendship is definitely a rip off of a Smokey Robinson song but I don’t know the name of it.
