This DOJ is a laughing stock. They are going to be laughed out of court on this case and Comeys. There is a reason lawyers keep quitting.

This is beyond stupid, imagine being prosecuted for doing your job? I hope the judge tears them a new one. You cannot use the courts to go against people who did nothing wrong or your political rivals just because you are man-child who has never been held accountable for his actions or ever heard the word no.
Remember when Trump made a large donation to the Florida AG, Pam Bondi, and she decided not to pursue Trump university for fraud?

Halligan is one of Trump’s former personal lawyers, she’s an insurance lawyer from Florida. This is her second case in court. Her first is the one against Comey. For both cases they couldn’t find an actual DOJ staffer to go to court. It’s such a disgusting abuse of our justice system using our taxpayer money.
