Nicole Kidman Makes First Public Appearance Amid Keith Urban Divorce | E! News
Nicole Kimman makes her first public appearance since news of her split from Keith Urban. Four days after filing for divorce from the country singer following 19 years of marriage, the actress steps out of Amar’s auction in Dallas, Texas on October 4th, which is an event in support of the nonprofit’s mission to AIDS research and HIV prevention. As for Keith, two days prior, he made his return to the stage in Hershey, Pennsylvania as part of his ongoing Hy and Alive world tour. During the October 2nd show, a photo featuring Nicole and their two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, was kept in a pre-existing slideshow, Per People magazine, that plays during Keith’s performance of Heart Like a Hometown. And while neither Nicole nor Keith have publicly commented on their decision to split, E! News learned that the call was one-sided and that the Oscar winner did not want to divorce the singer. The actress ultimately filed for divorce from Keith on September 30th, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split per documents obtained by EN. ENews also learned that the pair, who tied the knot in 2006 following one year of dating, had separated at the beginning of the summer and that Nicole had been taking care of their daughters in their family home while he resided in a separate residence in Nashville. Truth is same things that make two people fall in love is often the same thing that makes them fall out of love. The tragedy of course is the children at an awful age for divorce. I am aware Nicole wanted to be intimate with Keith all the time like over top all time and hard to live up to especially when the newness has worn off life's realities have kicked in despite wealth fame beauty and talent. Marriage especially with kids becomes a lot more complicated than one's happiness. A lot of sacrifices and evolving and yes WORKING at making it work . I don't believe either will sleep alone yet that won't fix it because it goes way way beyond that most just don't know it. I feel sad about it because the work of love is worth the work of love especially when young children are involved as kids don't get over it unscathed at all on the contrary they suffer from now through adulthood even in so called good divorces. Short of a miracle they will divorce and good chance things will get harder and worse before and if better. Tough stuff.
