The teen whom Heidi shares with ex-husband Seal, receives this birthday tribute from mom on Instagram, which reads, “Lou, my beautiful sunshine, happy 16th birthday. I love you with my whole heart.” While the update has no recent photos of Lou, mom makes sure to post a number of adorable throwback pics and videos, including this one of a little fashionista in training. Fans did get a recent sighting of Lou, Heidi, and Fam, including siblings Lenny, Henry, and Johan at a German fest celebration in Heidi’s home country.
