Three years ago this month my aunt died of Covid. She was a MAGA die-hard who went no contact with anyone who got the vaccine, including her mother.
I wonder if she’s rolling in her grave or just continuing to make excuses for the man behind the ideology that killed her.
Trump has laid off more than a thousand from the CDC and is limiting everyone else’s ability to get a vaccine. Meanwhile he gets his vaccines concierge style, probably at his fucking golf course. It’s surreal watching this presidency play out exactly like we feared, but somehow also worse? Everyday feels unreal.
