    1. I remember watching this movie for the first time as a 9-year-old and completely agreeing with Marnie when she said “Mom, I’m 13, OK? I’m practically a grownup.” And now, oh Marnie…you sweet summer child.

whoever was in charge of disney channel’s programming from the late ‘90s to early ‘10s deserves accolades cause the content was GOOD then

And now Marnie and Kal are married!! But I will never forgive whoever was in charge with replacing Kimberly J. Brown with Sara Paxton for the fourth film.

    4. Such an amazing memory watching this along with my mom. I hope kids today get that experience too.

I’ve always wondered why I’ve never been into this movie…just realized it’s probably because I got my first boyfriend at the same time it came out. I was 14, practically a grownup!

A Halloween staple for me, the entire trilogy and sometimes the 4th🤣

Loved the 2 of them starring in Haul out the Halloween this past weekend on Hallmark. It was cute.

It irks me that evangelicals would rail against stuff like this because of “witchcraft”, but then let their kids watch like The Sword and the Stone or Cinderella or whatever.

Where’s the ideological consistency? There is none!

    8. I didn’t realize Halloweentown was older than me, but what a fantastic movie. It was such a staple in my house growing up.

the were cooking with some of the disney channel original movies. this and it’s sequel, brink, the zenon movies, under wraps, johnny tsunami, phantom of the megaplex, and of course my beloved don’t look under the bed.

    10. Disney could never replicate the magic they made in the late 90’s to early 2000’s. They really had some great stuff. I remember waiting for spooky season because you knew you were going to get some fun movies. Don’t Look Under the Bed, Under Wraps and Halloweentown are still my favorite.
