      I honestly dont think the last bit was necessary, but i also dont think its that big of a deal, idk, i wish reportesrs would just not ask Hailey about Selena,

      ETA: It seems that in the interview, the question about being pitted against Rare beauty and the quested about feeling competitive with other brands at Sephora were made at different points, so Hailey never commented on Selena.

      I read the interview with Hailey and it appears that she didn’t even say anything mean. All she said that it’s annoying to be pitted against each other. Also what’s up with hey saying it’s about relevance and not intelligence..?

      If I was Selena Gomez I would just ignore everything related to the Biebers. Even if she was trying do a good thing by squashing rumors sometimes acknowledging it brings more attention than necessary and makes it worse. Idk though, that’s just me

      Hailey wasn’t asked about Selena, did not say anything about Selena, nor did she say anything offsides. Selena responding at all gives credence to it tho and she knows this by now. She and her fans need to give it a rest.

      To us it may be innocent, but I think people forget that we aren’t privy to everything that has happened to them, and there may be much more between them. Is it tired? Yes. Do a lot of you give Selena Gomez a hard time? Also yes

      Kind of embarrassing for Selena that she fed into the Clickbait media headlines and fan theories and didn’t read the actual article because Hailey NEVER mentioned rare, Selena nor did she respond when asked about her. The quotes were not related to her brand if you read the actual WSJ article and Hailey didn’t mention her.
