Meghan Markle Shares Peek At Prince Harry In SWEATS In New BTS Video

If I were a bell, I’d go ding dong ding dong ding. Megan Markle is sharing an inside look of her and husband Prince Harry’s recent New York City trip. On October 9th, the couple attended and spoke at the Project Healthy Minds World Mental Health Day Gala in Manhattan, where they were also honored with the Humanitarians of the Year award. The following day, they returned to Spring Studios for the Project Healthy Minds World Mental Health Day festival with Megan again taking the stage. While on their trip, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly hung out with some of their famous friends, including Serena Williams and Ed Sheeran. Days later, on October 13th, Megan took to Instagram to show off some behind the scenes of their festivities, including a clip featuring her husband lounging in sweats. The footage included moments of the couple on the red carpet from both events, as well as a shot of the As ever founder laughing with her husband ahead of their speech. She also added a clip of herself speaking on stage during Project Healthy Minds’ World’s Mental Health Day festival, being that the Duke and Duchess were in New York. The 44year-old, of course, featured a shot of many pizza slices. Plus, Megan included a clip which appears to be her laughing with Ed Sheeran. Until the next time, NYC, thanks for the memories. Megan’s post comes days after she shared behind the scenes from her Paris Fashion Week debut in which she included shots of her getting ready as well as heading to the Balenciaga Women’s Wear spring/summer 2026 show to support friends and the brand’s latest creative director Pier Palpo Picholi. The video also featured the Duchess and Picholi embracing as well as the mom of two posing for photos at the event. [Music]
