$8000 a month is nothing for HER and when does it cost that much to raise a kid? It doesn't even cost that much for an ADULT!!!
So i have to agree with her. I have my 4 children sunday through wednesday, i am required to still pay 2200/month in child support. I am a corrections officer who works about 60 to 72 hours a week. They based my child support on that OT. Ik expected to continue working this much while my ex doesnt. To me this is as close to extortion as you can get. She refuses to work and when weve gone to court shes tried to claim she makes 300/ month yes 300/month. Theres no expectation for the courts to make her work or increase her income.
