Doug Martin, Ex-NFL Player, Dead at 36 After Failed Robbery

There’s another Nick game that’s up on the list. I think the Doug that I probably prefer, but I also prefer, you know, my real name Doug Martin. My name is Doug Martin. Doug Martin, a former NFL running back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders, has died. He was 36 years old. I feel like it’s really just getting coming together. Um, and I feel like we’re going to do a lot of great things this year. According to the East Bay Times, multiple sources claimed the football star died while in Oakland police custody. It all started Saturday morning when cops were called about a person breaking into a home. At the same time, they received notice that the suspect was having a medical emergency. Doug’s cause of death is yet to be determined, and the incident remains under investigation. The athlete’s family released a statement confirming his death Saturday morning, asking fans to please respect our privacy at this time. I feel like I do have a lot of mileage left and um you know, they got this dirty running back myth going on, you know, so I’m just trying to trying to break that myth, you know, but I feel like I have a lot of game to play. I’m out here just running. I feel the best that I’ve best that I have been in a while. um you know I cut out the distractions out of my life and you know just that doing that those little things has definitely improved my game on the field right so far Doug was a standout player for the Boise State Broncos. His skills on the field made him a firstround pick in the 2012 NFL draft when he was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and played for six seasons. The team honored Doug’s memory with this post, praising him as a record- setting rookie, a fan favorite, and one of the top 50 Buccaneer players of all time. I have tremendous high hopes for this team, and I know that we’re going to do so well. I want to go to the I want to go to the Super Bowl. I want to go to the playoffs. My first time ever in my career, I want to go to the Super Bowl. And I feel like this team is definitely capable of doing that. Doug played two more seasons with the Oakland Raiders before ending his NFL run in 2019. My goal is to be as as as efficient as I can consistently as my and also to mentor the young cats and to just be a role model and to inspire and motivate them and just do whatever I can to help the team.
