as bad as the paparazzi in the US are, the British paparazzi are on another level of shittiness. they were particularly bad in the 2000s & Keira Knightley became very famous at a young age.
that said, I do feel like this was released because of the backlash to her not appearing to care about JK Rowling’s transphobia & being all “why can’t we just get along” 🙄
personally I can feel sympathy for what Keira went through as a teenager & still be disappointed in her as an adult. she’s 40 years old & has kids now, she’s not the same 18 year old girl. if she actually gives a shit about doing the right thing she should make the effort to do better.
