“We have not forgotten that so many of the laws, charters, and conventions established to safeguard and protect all human life were created in response to the Holocaust,” the signatories write. “Those safeguards have been relentlessly violated by Israel.”
Most of those signatories spoke up at the start of, and throughout the atrocities, unlike so many politicians and public figures who only decided to stick their head above the parapet when public opinion everywhere began to change (in part because of these people’s bravery)
Can’t wait for them to be called antisemitic.
