Michael is probably jealous because he’s never had a women be willing to spend time with him without having to give her his credit card number.

Dear Michael Rapaport, I’m poor but I still save up and eat out at nice restaurants a few times a year. This is not remotely complicated. Also, your Islamophobia is showing.

omen azen is not even in the top 100 most expensive sushi restaurants here

michael you are a native new yorker, you know damn well it’s not “one of the most priciest joints”. leave the couple alone to enjoy their dinner

I don’t think Michael can afford to go there, so he’s just mad about that. Poor guy, not able to have work. The only one who is willing to pay him is Israel for propaganda and they don’t seem to like him that much either.

Rappaport is from the streets, you can tell because he calls restaurants “joints”

    6. Working class people do things beyond their means ALL the time. And we have no idea about their “means” because it isn’t our business.

    7. Man, if he doesn’t like people spending lots of money, he’s gonna shit himself when he hears about most government officials.

That isn’t even the priciest restaurant in my small Northern California town. The degree to which they are reaching is painful.

This is so wildly out of touch. And such a reach to find something wrong with him, lol.

seems like the restaurant is affordable enough for this chronically under-employed POS to dine there too, though

    11. Derek Guy (the Twitter menswear guy) had a great response on Threads:

“i don’t get it. omen sushi in nyc is cheaper than nobu in malibu, where you dined last year without your wife.”

Anyways, I need to revisit that video of Michael Rapaport getting hit with a snowball while he was filming himself yelling into his phone.

      Let’s be honest, Michael.

You’re bitter and jealous that he gets to have dinner with his wife while your right hand keeps you company yet again.

    13. ugh I hate that he’s gonna be on the new season of the traitors, one of my fav shows. I have to boycott

This is the vibe I always got from him. Even as he criticized the politicians I least liked, he felt like he was just one sentence away from saying the kind of shit you’re drunk uncle would say at a family gathering and make everyone uncomfortable.

    15. Every single time I see this man worm his way into the the news I remember someone telling him on Twitter that he looks like he wakes up and dies every morning.

    16. There’s a reply out there pointing out that Rapaport himself has posted pictures on social media eating at a restaurant called Nobu in Malibu within the past year or so which is more expensive than Omen and he did so without his wife.

    17. I remember that I started hating Michael a long time ago. He’s loud, obnoxious, appropriative, … and so on. Whenever I’d roll my eyes at someone suggesting to watch a movie with him in it, I’d get lectured about how cool he is. Or whatever. Well, I’m happy to say that I’m going strong still hating him for at least 20 years or more. There are others that I’ve spent decades hating for various reasons, and being told I’m wrong (Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise, all come to mind). Keep hating the ones that we all always know are the biggest problem!

Also, “Qatari funded?” Check your prez, buddy.

    18. I guess he’s taking a break from claiming “Palestinians weren’t facing hunger because they’re overweight”. Just like Debra Messing.

Just glanced at the menu and literally nothing seemed OVERLY expensive when you consider how expensive everything is in NYC. And the man is working HARDDDDD let em have a little binge anyway.
