Dylan Efron Reveals Why Zac Efron Has Been Absent From DWTS Ballroom | E! News

Dylan Efron reveals why his brother Zack Efron has been absent from the Dancing with the Stars ballroom. Dylan is preparing for Halloween night of Dancing with the Stars season 34, but during his journey so far, his older brother has been absent from cheering him on in the ballroom. Dylan tells Extra after the October 21st episode, “Hey, he’s doing his thing.” Before adding that Zach’s been supporting me everyday. Fans of the show were most shocked not to see the actor there for dedication week during which Dylan dances to Zach and Zenaia’s song Rewrite the Stars from The Greatest Showman which Dylan dedicates to their younger sister Olivia. In fact, the 33-year-old who also has a younger brother Henry gets emotional while talking about his siblings in a pre-taped video package that aired ahead of his performance. I’m dedicating this dance to my little sister Olivia. I wasn’t expecting to be a big brother, but immediately I was inseparable from her. The Traitors alum continues, “Now being able to dance to Rewrite the Stars, this is a nod to my brother. Zach’s always taken care of me, and he did things that were so selfless. I want to be that to Olivia. I want to be the best role model I can. [Music]
