Rosie O’Donnell Asks for Prayers as Daughter Chelsea Faces Prison | E! News

Rosie O’Donnell reacting to her daughter Chelsea’s latest legal blow. The 28-year-old adopted by O’Donnell when she was a baby now looking at time in prison after her probation was revoked. Rosie telling E!News in a statement October 29th, “I have compassion for those struggling with addiction and it has been a painful journey for her and her four children.” It’s unclear for now how much time Chelsea set to spend behind bars and what led to her probation being revoked. We do know Chelsea’s past arrest covered child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, and charges surrounding bail jumping and law enforcement interference. Rosie also sharing on Instagram a photo of her and Chelsea from this 2006 red carpet. Writing in the caption, “My child Chelsea Bell before addiction took over her life. I loved her then. I love her now as she faces a scary future.” The comedian echoing all this in her statement Wednesday. We continue to love and support Chelsea through these horrible times. Prayers welcomed.
