Hi, Bailey and DDG drop domestic violence restraining orders and reach a custody plan. The former couple, who share 22-month-old son, Halo, agreed to dismiss the domestic violence restraining orders they sought against one another, according to court documents obtained by E! News. In the filing, Halley and DDG, whose real name is Daryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., also agree to have the temporary restraining orders currently in place dropped. However, they each reserve the right to revive their respective domestic violence allegations in the event of a future incident. Additionally, the exes, who broke up in October of 2024 after more than 2 years of dating, have come to a temporary agreement on custody of Halo, with the Little Mermaid star having primary physical custody, while DDG was awarded custody on Wednesdays as well as certain weekends. Per the docs, the ex’s have also established a custody schedule for several upcoming holidays. The agreement also stipulates that neither Hi nor DDG can share images of or information about Halo online. According to the filing, they also agree to not disparage one another in public or around their son. Enews has reached out to reps for Halley and DDG for comment, but has not yet heard back.

I'm glad that Halle Bailey and DDG are both absolutely able to work things out for the sake of their Son Halo Saint GrandBerry….. Communication skills are the best and Greatest thing….. I'm very happy that both came to a Custody Agreement involvement of their Son Halo Saint GrandBerry….. I'm very proud of them both for finding a True Solution into finally figuring out their Custody Agreement and Custody Arraignments and Custody Schedules for their Son Halo Saint GrandBerry….. He's the best and only priorities for the rest of their lives as parents…

Nah. She should've kept that restraining order in place and then handled childcare and visitation logistics through a mediator and lawyer until the child is 18. Nope. I hope that it all works out for her, though. I do not trust DDG at all. Sorry not sorry. Congrats on her new album!
