    1. Who has the time for this much round the clock bigotry. Like genuinely an adult should not be on the internet this much

    2. Shouldn’t she be happy that magazines are no longer telling that “girls should be thinner & prettier”? 😐

    3. Womens magazines still tell us to be thinner and prettier Joanne. Why don’t you do something about that? There are real problems in the world Joanne. Why do you not care about the problems we women have Joanne?

Perfect response. She’s not worth anyone’s time unless you’re laughing at her

How does one even know when a woman is a biological male transitioning into a woman?

    6. I wish the author of a less formative YA book series turned out horrid. Like Spiderwick. Fun books, didn’t exactly shape my early teens

I’d like to take this opportunity to point out that gender shares the same root as the word genre. Gender is a convenient way for us to classify people by characteristics we’ve arbitrarily assigned to biological sex.

Rowling created a world where students are assigned to houses by a magic hat that reads your character. The implication is the hat is all-knowing and objective and *sees* who you are.

The hat is placed upon Harry. It sees that Harry would be a good Slytherin. But Harry rejects this classification. “Not Slytherin, not Slytherin.” He rejects someone else’s idea of who he should be and where he belongs and chooses his own identity. Rowling wrote a trans allegory.

    8. Shut up, Joanne. Go clean those moldy walls of yours. And don’t use your tongue this time.

When I see this shirt, I read “Protect transwomen, who are often victims of discrimination and violence, while we of course advocate for ALL types of women of all races, sexualities, bodies, religions, etc.”.

For J K Rowling, it means “Men >>>> Women”. Maybe that’s how she feels. That’d explain a lot, actually.

Who the fuck is looking at that cover and seeing “”men””? Like are you blind?

It’s crazy that she’s basically saying she prefers women to be unhealthily skinnier than for trans women to feel safe

Literally who gives a fuck? Why should I, as a cis woman, care about the existence of trans women? They aren’t bothering me, they aren’t “encroaching on our space”, they are just existing. Not to play the whole “whataboutism” card but children are starving and this is her biggest concern and where most of her money goes…what a joke.

Joanne there’s people dying. Maybe instead of fixating on what’s between people’s legs and donating something to somewhere worthwhile would be better for getting people to at least respect you again.

Honestly the pure hatred for other people minding their own business that woman needs to be studied. It’s kinda pathetic tbh.
